V's Heart Sponsorship Agreement

I, hereby grant permission to V’s Heart to use my logo for promotional and marketing purposes related to the sponsorship of V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon on August 2, 2025. This consent is subject to the following terms:

I, hereby grant, V’s Heart to use my logo solely for promoting V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon and for acknowledging my sponsorship contribution. The logo will be used in materials such as invitations, event programs, banners, social media posts, and press releases. This consent has no specific end date and remains in effect until further notice.

 I, hereby grant, V’s Heart to properly attribute the logo to me by including my company name and logo in a visible and respectful manner. Any modifications to the logo will be subject to my approval. This consent does not grant exclusive rights to V’s Heart. I retain the right to use my logo independently. I hold V’s Heart from any claims arising out of the use of my logo. V’s Heart will promptly remove my logo upon request if any issues arise.

 By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this consent agreement.  Also by signing, I confirm that I have the authority to approve the use of the logo for this sponsorship agreement.

I, certify that I represent my organization and hereby grant permission to V’s Heart to use our organization’s name in promotional materials related to the sponsorship of V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon. This includes but is not limited to:

Website: V’s Heart may display our organization’s name on their website as a sponsor of V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon. 

Printed & Digital Materials: V’s Heart may include our organization’s name in invitations, presentations, flyers, brochures, banners, and other printed or digital materials associated with V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon..

Social Media: V’s Heart may mention our organization’s name in social media posts related to V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon.

By signing this agreement, we acknowledge that V’s Heart is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your voluntary sponsorship of V’s Heart Butterfly Effect Scholarship Luncheon.
